NCpedia is a project coordinated by the North Carolina Government & Heritage Library at the State Library of North Carolina.  The library is part of the North Carolina Department of Natural and Cultural Resources.

Do you have a question or concern about an NCpedia entry? Do you have a revision to recommend? 

Please send us an email at digital.info@dncr.nc.gov. If you are sharing information related to a revision, please include the title or URL of the NCpedia entry and any references you'd like to share with us. 

Do you have a question about North Carolina, including state or local government, history, natural heritage or genealogy questions? 

Reference inquiries about all types of North Carolina information may be directed to the North Carolina Government & Heritage Library reference staff by email at slnc.reference@dncr.nc.gov.

Some email servers are blocked from accepting messages from outside email servers or domains. These often include student email addresses from public school email accounts. Please know that if you provide a public school email address, you may not receive response to your question due to your district's email filtering settings.
